A machine supplier should understand the cut.
DWSCNC is a Foshan-based CNC machine supplier focused on turning and turn-mill production. Our work begins with the component: geometry, material, tolerance, batch size, takt time and the operations that can be consolidated into one setup.
From there, we help customers evaluate machine architecture, spindle configuration, turret or gang-tool layout, workholding and automation. This application-first approach is intended to reduce avoidable complexity and give both sides a clearer acceptance target.
Built for long-term production
A machine purchase does not end at shipment. We coordinate process review, factory acceptance planning, installation guidance, operator training and ongoing technical response. The goal is simple: a production asset that remains understandable, serviceable and useful as the part program evolves.
